Probably taken sometime in the late 1930s or early 1940s, this view of the loading dock at the Olympia Brewing
Company shows a truckload of empty beer bottles being returned to the brewery from Alaska. The truck brought
these bottles over the Alcan Highway. Even in the early years, the brewery promoted recycling efforts.
