Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
CILO 1: Apply the Nursing Process for Holistic Care:
o Assess: Conduct thorough and collaborative assessments of clients’ health statuses by gathering complete
nursing histories, performing physical examinations, and assisting in laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
o Analyze: Determine healthcare needs by critically analyzing collected subjective and objective data.
o Design: Devise appropriate, patient-centered nursing care plans in consultation with clients, tailored to their
diagnosed health needs and sensitive to cultural contexts.
o Implement: Execute culture-sensitive, patient-centered care plans effectively, ensuring active participation from
clients.
o Evaluate: Continuously assess and refine care strategies based on clients' responses and progress towards
desired health outcomes.
CILO 2: Maintain Systematic Documentation:
o Establish and uphold a meticulous and accurate system for documenting client care and treatment outcomes,
ensuring clarity and accessibility of records.

CILO 4: Integrate Advanced Care Modalities:
o Incorporate cutting-edge, evidence-based practices into patient care through ongoing research and professional
development to maintain globally competitive standards.
CILO 5: Uphold Ethical and Professional Standards:
o Adhere to and promote bioethical principles, as well as Christian, Bedan, and professional nursing values and
standards in all client interactions and care procedures.
CILO 6: Promote Professional Development:
o Engage in and facilitate continuous professional and personal growth within the healthcare community,
encouraging lifelong learning and development among peers.
CILO 7: On IZN, evaluate and integrate international health care practices and policies to enhance the management of
oxygenation, fluid and electrolyte balance, infectious diseases, inflammatory and immunologic responses, and cellular
aberrations. This includes understanding different health care models and adapting global best practices to local contexts.
