Organise a clean up

Although we want to concentrate on stopping people
littering in the first place, a clean-up day can be a great
way of being visible in the community, socialising and
enjoying the outdoors. It can also be a useful way of
investigating litter issues and evaluating whether your
campaign is working.

Keep Wales Tidy runs nationwide clean-up campaigns
every year – like Be Tidy and Spring Clean Cymru –
which help bring volunteers of all ages together to care
for their local environment. Or you can contact Keep
Wales Tidy for help with activities during the school
year.
