In the meantime, I send my sincere best wishes to all WANZ Members and your families.
To end on a slightly irreverent note…….
Last week God was spotted in New Zealand.

When approached and asked what he was doing here He replied, "Just chilling out at home Bro"

2.5 North America Branch News – Gordon Cooper, Andre Dubois & Andrew Hooper

Next WANA Branch AGM - Gordon Cooper (CooperG66): As reported in the Winter All Hands of 6/01/2020(?),
Following the North American Branch AGM in Boston, (26th - 29th Sept. 2019) it was resolved that the next
AGM would be planned during September of 2020, in Victoria on Victoria Island BC, Canada. [Home of lead
             event coordinator: John Clarkson (ClarksonJ74)]
During recent communications, the ExCom of the NAB has been considering if the 2020 AGM should be cancelled
now in light of the Corona Virus Pandemic. We resolved that for the time being we’d continue to plan the event,
in the knowledge that we might have to cancel, if Social Distancing requirements mean public gatherings are still
             prohibited.

We will survey the North America membership to see if the proposed location: Victoria BC, and proposed dates:
10-13 Sept 2020 are of interest, assuming travel and public gatherings are permitted by then. If such travel and
meetings are feasible, we think there may be some attractive travel, venue and hospitality pricing available. Also
as decided at the Boston AGM, we can report that James MacIntyre is happy to be relieved of the treasurer’s
duties, now ably in the hands of Keith Moger.
The North American Branch Facebook page, has seen an excellent transformation, at the hands of Andre Dubois’s
editorship, into a WA Global page for Small Boating interests and concerns.
With sincere good wishes to all the Warsash family around the world in coping with the Corona Virus. Stay well.
             Gordon Cooper (NYC).
