Throw-In

• Player "A" has ball in His/her hands and makes proper

soccer throw-in to player "B's" feet
• Player "B" will receive the ball using his or her feet until it is

completely settled.
• Player "B" picks up the ball and with then make a soccer
3-5 yds
throw-in to player "A's" Feet

• Repeat

Throw-in Instructions:
B A • Both feet on the ground while bringing the ball behind their

head and throwing forward while releasing the ball.

Note:
• Feet cannot leave the ground and both hands must be on

the ball to make a proper throwing motion
