Red Light Green Light

30 yds

• Players start on one side of grid.

• Coach yells out green light, and
player dribbles forward.

• When coach calls out red light, the
20 yds
players stop the ball with their foot
Start Finish on top of the ball and wait for coach

to yell out next command of "red
light" or "green light“.

• When all players reach other side,

restart in the opposite direction.
