OPERATIONS UPDATES










          Congratulations to the following employees who were promoted in May 2022:

          Loram

          Benjamin Claxton and Cornelious Johnson were promoted to Assistant Manager, Fleet Operations.
          Jason Elliott, Asa Crownover and Bruce James were promoted to Superintendent, Field Ops.

          Ahmet Culpepper and Edward Tiegs were promoted to Asst Superintendent, Field Ops.
          The following employees were promoted to Crew Chief Anthony Smith, Kevin Lester, Arkeith Cozart, Rusty Nash,
          and Damien Orbro.
          The following employees were promoted to Machine Operator-2:  Joaquin Castillo, Jeffrey Staab, Brian Hibdon,
          Darrius Ford, Nicholas Clark and Dayshawn Bounds.

          The following employees were promoted to Machine Operator-1:  Jake Corneillier, Demetrius Johnson, Travis Hahn,
          Ryan Bardwell, Matthew Krieger, Aaron Lawson and Adam Alvey.

          Herminio Kalugdan, Brian King, Cody Martin, Herman Duncan, Torino Reece, Travon Scott, Justin Sullivan and
          Charles Grant were promoted to Maintenance Specialist-2.
          Tina Kuhn, Simon Porter, Joelquavan Murray and Antwone Shepherd were promoted to Maintenance Specialist-1.







                                           Wade Sprengeler Retires!


                                                       The Ballast Team would like to send a big thank-you to Wade
                                                       Sprengeler  for  his  service  to  the  team  as  Manager,  Fleet
                                                       Maintenance.  Wade made the decision to officially retire and
                                                       spend time with family and friends (he wanted to go fishing)
                                                       and begin a new chapter in his life.  Wade joined the Ballast
                                                       team form Engineering where he began his career at Loram.
                                                       As he spent time supporting the ballast fleet, he decided to
                                                       transfer  into  the  Operations  Department  following  Mike
                                                       Olson’s  retirement.    It  was  a  good  fit  for  both  parties  and
                                                       Wade was able to bring his knowledge of hydraulics as well as
                                                       control systems directly to the team.  Wade oversaw several
                                                       upgrade projects and led a group of Product Specialists dedi-
                                                       cated to fleet reliability.  It was a great run, thanks Wade for
                                                       all the hours you put in and enjoy all those fish fry’s yet to
                                                       come!
