Tell me a little more about how you started with Loram, how

did you hear about the job, which positions you’ve held?

I worked for SUPERVALU, a food retail and wholesale company, for 20
years before coming to Loram. At Supervalu, I was responsible for lead-
ing business development activities on the west coast of the US. I was
boarding a flight to San Diego in April of 2012 and Phil Homan happened
to be on the same flight. Phil and I knew each other from our public ac-
counting days in the early 90’s. That meeting led to many conversations
about Loram and potential opportunities for me at Loram. I started with
Loram in December of 2012. Over the last ten years, I have held Direc-
tor positions in sales and marketing for three years, the Chief Financial
Officer position for four years, the President and Chief Operating Officer
position for three years and as of January 1, 2023, the President and
CEO position.

What do you enjoy most about working at Loram?

Where to start…our people are intelligent, hardworking and dedicated,
the products are safe, smart and produce significant tangible value to our

customers, and our customers are sophisticated and stable. A lot to
love!!

What is your favorite memory from this past year?

I cannot pick one. My visit to RG416 in October, my trip to India in December and helping my oldest son (Shay)
plan his wedding to name a few!

Where is your hometown and what is the best thing about it?
Waconia, MN. It had a population of around 2,000 people. Everyone knew everyone! Also, Waconia has the sec-
ond largest lake in the Twin Cities area, and I had a lot of fun on the lake during the summer and winter.

Do you have any hobbies?

My family and I enjoy camping (RVing). We camp around 9 weekends during the summer to destinations across the
Midwest. I love to play golf but am not very good at it. I also enjoy bowling especially with my youngest son Reese,
and of course, on the Loram Bowling League at Medina Entertainment Center.
