groups for Loram Contract Services and Loram LTI. Information from corporate offices/manufacturing facilities is not included. All
information is updated monthly and is representative of Loram’s performance up to the end of the given month.
Incident summaries represent counts of injury and damage events, designated by the outcome of the specific event. Close calls are
not included in this dataset.
The Leadership Interaction summary reports on our Field/Floor interactions engagement program. The purpose of this program is
to engage leaders and employees on the fundamentals of our safety programs. All interaction topics are rated as Safe, Coaching or
At Risk.
