I challenge you to think about the reason you work safe. Think about the consequences of unsafe work. Think about
the impact that unsafe work may have on you or the people that care for you. Think about your fellow co-workers
and get to know their reasons why. Part of what makes Loram so unique is our ability to hire folks from all corners of
the world and from all walks of life. It does not matter if you are hired out of Hamel, Minnesota as a General Laborer
or brought in as a C-Suite Executive, every employee has a story and a reason to work safe. Get to know their
