Summer Helpers Needed – May 2021 through August 2021!

If you have friends or family who are currently enrolled at a university or vocational school and need work for the
summer, we have opportunities for Summer Helpers in the US and Canada! Summer Helpers work in the field on
our equipment along-side General Laborers. (This position is not bonus eligible.)

$2000 Referral Bonus for General Laborers!

Current employees who refer a qualified candidate to a General Laborer position are eligible. A qualified candidate is
one who has been extended and accepted an offer as well as successfully completed the pre-employment require-
ments to become fully hired. The employee who refers the qualified candidate will be paid $1000 after the candidate
successfully completes their first week of training, and an additional $1000 will be paid to the employee who refers
the candidate after 6 months of service, totaling $2,000!

Please note: All payments are subject to applicable taxes and deductions and will be paid in the pay period following
the milestone dates listed above.

To be eligible for payment: The qualified candidate must indicate the Employee Referral and the employee’s name
when they apply to the position for the current employee to be eligible for the Referral Bonus Payments. *If more
than one employee refers a qualified candidate, the employees will split the referral bonus. jobs.loram.com
