OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE RECOGNITION COINS

Congratulations Jacob Meador, Crew Chief LRG24 for being recognized with an Operational
Excellence Coin in January by Zebediah Dintelman, Manager, Rail Grinding.

Jacob Meador was awarded an Operational Excellence Coin for being Results Oriented. Jacob went above
and beyond by sticking around to the very last minute to ensure a major project was completed before
heading to the airport for time off. Many other people would have just taken the day off to get their stuff

together without having to rush, but Jacob was determined to see the project through, even doing arguably
the hardest parts of the job.

Congratulations Timothy Chapman, Machine Operator-1 SBC23 for being recognized with an
Operational Excellence Coin in February by Tyler Beebe, Manager, Ballast and Grade.

I would like to nominate Tim Chapman for my February Operational Excellence coin. Tim has excelled in
learning the complex hydraulic systems on B&G equipment and has taught others how to install/repair
pumps and motors. Tim has quickly picked up operating, and even saves a potential catastrophic failure by
proactively checking drive shaft u-joint bolts. Tim continues to show initiative and helps his team around

him.
