CUSTOMER COMPLIMENT
• The cleanliness of the machine was excellent. We found overall they were taking a lot of pride in keeping it this way.
• The water trucks were in the best shape from a readiness perspective that I believe I have ever seen. Both operators were
on top of their business.
• As soon as we pulled up, the maintenance crew came to us to ask who we were and give us a job briefing on their OTS.
Usually, I have had to come find them.
• Very good and thorough job briefing was given by the work crew.
• The senior team members were very passionate about keeping the new crew members safe.
• Overall machine securement and tie up was excellent.
We only noted a few minor items:
• Portable derail was placed at an awkward angle that might prevent it from working – however it was properly secured.
• There was a split culvert pipe in one of the walking paths that the crew was aware of but needed a way to call it out so no
one would step into it.
• Annual Hy-rail inspections on the water trucks were not properly logged.
• Couple of instances where Loram crew members were guiding a back-up move of a vehicle by walking backwards behind
the vehicle. High risk of slipping/falling in a dangerous area.
Thank you!
