ICARE VALUES Continued

         Accountable for Actions
Dignified, respectful, and responsible. Diligent in successfully completing projects.
Accept responsibility for all you do.

         Results Oriented
Successful, determined, and driven. Always striving to achieve the next goal.
Focus on a positive outcome and take pride in your work, every task!

         Excellence in All We Do
Innovative, helpful to others, detail oriented, and always thinking towards the future.
Look beyond an average result and strive to excel!

“The five organizational CORE VALUES define our shared beliefs; what is important to us as an organization, what is ex-
pected of us from our customers, and how we adjust to the marketplace and have sustainability.”

Use the Loram ICARE values every day!
To help apply the CORE VALUES in your daily actions, it’s important to keep them in the front of your
mind. Seek opportunities that will lead to your (our) success and prevent decisions that will get you (us)
into trouble. Here are some methods you could use to make sure the core values are integral to your ac-
         tions:
Keep them visible: You can write “ICARE” on a Post-It note, on your work gloves, on your backpack, on a
suitcase tag and anywhere else that you will see regularly.
Include them in conversations with others: Riding in the truck, task briefings, and ILEARNED Interactions
are a few opportunities to incorporate ICARE discussions.
For each task you perform, assess how the values apply: Using the ICARE values helps you make good deci-
             sions.
Use the values as a motivator: Every opportunity and task should be approached thru the lens of the ICARE
values to help visualize the maximum positive result.
Evaluate your day before bedtime: The path to improvement is found in reflecting on where you strayed
from the CORE VALUES. Don’t beat yourself up, but rather embrace the benefits of living the ICARE
             values and improvement will follow.

This year has been challenging. Now, more than ever, it is critical for us all to be true to the Loram ICARE
values and work together to enable the organization to succeed.

Aristotle, an ancient Greek philosopher said it well:
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit.”

Make the Loram ICARE values a habit.

“We integrate our CORE VALUES into everything we do and every decision we make. This ensures the safety of our workers,
the purpose of our mission and a never-ending commitment to putting our customers first.”
