       Claims are an extremely powerful part of the marketing mix.
       However, with increased consumer scepticism, there is growing pressure
       to find ways to support consumer trust whilst also creating differentiation
       and desire, through tapping into consumer motivations and needs.


       This session focuses on best practice when designing claims research; from
       early-stage identification of compelling claims territories, to optimisation of
       execution and the importance of robust supporting research to substantiate claims.
