        but it’s the way consumers are        CAN ACTIVATE.
        using technology that’s creating
        the disruption.


        It has empowered us.
        The balance of power between
        brands and consumers has moved
        very much in favour of the latter.

        It has overwhelmed us.
        There is simply no way any of us
        can assimilate all the information
        and choices that we face on a daily
        basis.


        If people are making faster,
        more intuitive, emotion based
        decisions, brands must surely
        change the way they communicate.
        Relying less on direct
        communication and more on
        non-conscious ‘below the radar’
        communication - so that it’s felt,
        as well as thought.
