“So, you have no idea what to do after weeks of
being taught this topic?” she questioned. She
shook her head and in a firm voice said, “You will
do the work and if you don’t, you will remain after
school until you are complete.”
He nodded and then his eyes welled up with water.
The other students started to snicker. They could
not believe that the ‘big bully’ was actually crying.
And as they laughed, Jayden cried harder.
