 With the introduction of on-site moderation of Integrated Science, the list is growing.
 The qualification requirements are stringent and this matter has been raised with CXC

before.

The decision was taken after appeal by some ministries of education. The Council notes
that the matter is being adjudicated based on a special circumstance consideration
bearing in mind the challenges arising from operational changes implemented in 2016.
