A. With regard to one other question dealt with in the correspondence
with the Foreign Ollice, viz., that of slave trade jurisdiction, 1 have been in
commmuuication •'separately with Your Excellency's Government, see the
correspondence ending with my Political despatch No. 09, dated the 10th
July 191*1.
