          tJio Govcrnor-Gcnoral of India in Council, dirocts from tiino to timo, the
          Political Rosidont .shall sond to tho Govornor-Gcnoral of India in Council, for
         transmission to tho Socrotary of Stato, a Report on tho operation of this
         Order up to tho 31st day of Decomber in the provious year, or such other
         dnto ns tho Secretary of Stato, or, with his provious or subsequent assent, as
         tho Govcrnor-Goncral of India in Council, directs from time to timo, showing-
         for tho last twelve months tho number and naturo of tho proceedings, criminal
         and civil, takon undor this Order, and tho result thorcof, and tho nuinbor
         nud amount of foes rocoivod, and such other information, and being in such
         form ns tho Socrotary of Stato, or, with his previous or subsequent ass out, as
         tho Govcrnor-Goncral of India in Council from timo to timo dirocts.
            78. —(I) A printed copy of this Order, and of all Rules of Proccduro and
         other Rules for the timo being in forco under this Order, shall bo kept opon to
         inspection free of chargo in tho ofhco of tho Political Agent and of each Court
         established undor this Order.
            (2) Printed copies thereof shall bo sold within the islands of Bahrein at
         such reasonablo prico as tho Political Agent from timo to timo directs.
            79. —(t) This Order shall bo published in tho " Gnzetto of India ” within
         such timo after tho passing- thereof ns tho Socrotary of Stato may prcscribo, and
        shall como into forco on such day (in this Order referred to as tho commencement
        of this Order), within six months after that publication, as tho Govornor-
         Gcnoral of India in Council may, by notification in the said " Gazotto,” appoint
        in this behalf.
            (2) But any appointment undor this Order may be made at any timo after
        its passing, and no proof shall, iu any proceedings, bo required of any of tho
        mattors prescribed by this Articlo.


             And the Most Honourable the Marquess of Crewe, K.G., and
        the Right Honourable Sir Edward Grey, Baronet, K.G.,. two of
        His Majesty’s Principal Secretaries of State,  arc    to give the
        necessary directions herein as to them may respectively appertain.
