             01—(1) Subject to tho control of tho Secretary of State acting with the
          concurronco  of tho Treasury, (ho Political Rosidont may, from timo to timo,
          with the previous sanction of (lie Governor-General of India in Council, make
          rules imposing fees leviable in respect of any proceedings in, or processes
          issued out of, any Court established undor this Order.
             (2) Hut a Court boforo which any mattor is pending may, in any caso,
          if it thinks fit, on account of tho poverty of a party, or for any othor reason,
          dispenso in whole or in part with tho payment of any fees chargeable in
          respect of such matter.

             02.-(1) All fees, charges, oxponscs, costs, fines, damages, and other monoy
          payablo under this Ordor, or undor any law made applicable by this Order,
          may bo onforccd undor ordor of tho Court by soi/.uro and salo of goods,
          and, iu default of sufiloiont goods, by imprisonment as a civil prisonor for a
          term not oxcccding ono month, but such imprisonment shall not oporato ns
          a satisfaction or extinguishment of tho liability.
             (2)  Any bill of salo or mortgage, or trnnsfor of property, mado with tho
         viow of avoiding such sci/.uro or sale, shall not bo ofi’octual to defeat tho
         provisions of this Order.
             (3)  All fees, penalties, fines, and forfeitures loviod undor this Order upon
         a British subject, and fees, other than actual Court fees, that may be levied
         under tho provisions of this Order, on a person to whom this Order applies,
         shall bo paid to the public account, and shall bo applied in such manner as
         tho Secretary of Stato, with tho consent of the Treasury, or, with tho previous
         or subsequent nssont of tho Secretary of Stato, as tho Governor-General of
         India in Council, may direct.
             G3. Whenever an Acting Political Agent or Acting Judicial Assistant
         has commenced tho hearing of any causo or matter, civil or criminal, ho may,
         unless tho Political Resident othorwiso directs, continuo and completo tho
         hearing and determination thorcof, notwithstanding time his authority to act
         as Political A gout or Judicial Assistant, has otherwise ceased by reason of
          tho expiration of tho timo for which ho was appointed to act, or by reason
         of tho happening of any event by which his authority is determined.

             G4.—(1) If an ofliccr of tho Court, employed to oxocutc a dccrco or order,
          loses, by neglect or omission, the opportunity of executing it, then,  on
          complaint of tho person aggrieved and proof of tho fact alleged, tho Court
          may, if it thinks fit, order tho officer to pay tho damages sustained by tho
          porson complaining, or part thorcof.
             (2) Tho order may be cnforcod ns an ordor directing payment of monoy.

              G5.—(1). If a clerk or ofllcor of tho Court, acting uudor protouco of tho
          process or authority of tho Court, is ohargod with oxtortion, or with not paying
          ovor money duly lovied, or with othor misconduct, tho Court may, if it thinks
