                    information of Your Excellency's Government copy of the Order0 as finally
                                                   approved by Jlis Majesty in Council on
                       ' Hahreiu Order in Council, 1913.
                                                   the 12th August 1913. Copy of further
                    correspondence with the Foreign Cilice, as noted in the margin,! is also
                                                   enclosed.

                    prescribed in Article 79 (1), to bring its provisions into force.

                       3. You should at tho same time instruct the Resident-in tho Persian Gulf
                    to issue u King’s Regulation, under tho powors conferred upon him by
                    Article 70 (c) of the Order, making such alterations us may bo required with
                    respect to Bahrein in tho Iudiau Pilgrim Ships Act (Act XIV. of 1895), which
                    has been included in tho Schodulo of Indian Acts applied M appended to, tho
                    Order in Council, I would invito roforouco iu this connection to Sir T. Hoi del-
                    ncHs's letter to the Foreign Office, No. P.. 438, dated tho 18th February 19I3» a.
