Revisited Shiraz during the summer.
Mr. Tor Mculcn, formerly of Messrs. J. C.' V. Hot* & Son, was appointed
Russian Consular Agent for Mohammerah, Alnvaz, and other places in Arabistan.
Ho arrived at Mohammerah on 14th December and left for Ahwaz shortly
afterwards.
