                                      you and our brother Shaikh Abdulla

                                      and our .adviser and the possibi­

                                      lity of obtaining an expert on

                                      law from abroad to assist us for

         i                            a short time has been talked about.

                                      experienced judges to be lent to

         h                            our Government for a stated period, •
