On 8th of Shawaal 1341, Sheikh Government. The people chose
Essa Ben Ali wrote to the Political me as a Ruler of Bahrain after
Resident saying (Your demand the death of my late father and
of my stopping governing is you have to consult them and no
refused and it is contrary to one except them have the right
our treaties with the British in that affair).
