  3. Training Plans
  Any physically healthy person can grow into a competent
  Thai  boxer  by  sticking  to  a  sensible  training  plan.  To  do
  this,  you  have  to  keep  in  mind  your  goals,  your  training
  program,  regeneration,  and  nutrition.  If  your  training
  program seems excessive, keep in mind how motivating it
  will  be  to  achieve  your  training  goals  and  see  clearly
  recognizable improvement in your performance.
