take  note  of  the  focus  in  technical  training  and  the
  number  of  rounds.  For  strength  training,  record  the
  exercises,  weights,  sets,  and  repeats,  and  for  stamina
  training,  keep  a  record  of  the  distance  covered,  training
  time,  and  average  heart  rate.  It  also  makes  sense  to  take
  notes  on  the  prevailing  framework  of  your  training,  as
  athletic  performance  is  in uenced  by  factors  such  as
  stress, nutrition, and sleep. These notes will be helpful in
  the  future  as  they  will  help  you  see  the  reasons  for
  successes  or  failures.  You  will  also  learn  from  these
  records how your body reacts to changes in your training.
  The information will help you to organize future training
  programs in a more effective way.
