  day’s training. It’s important to deal intensively with your
  training, always visualizing your goals and your programs,
  and  then  referring  back  to  your  notes  to  check  on  them.
  Hardly  anyone  was  thinking  about  conscious  training
  plans   fteen  years  ago  in  Thailand,  but  today  Muay  Thai
  athletes  use  stretching  exercises  and  vary  their  strength
  exercises  while  trainers  discuss  di erent  training
  programs.  Muay  Thai  has  become  an  international  sport,
  and  if  you  want  to  be  on  par  with  the  best  athletes,  you
  have to have the best possible individual training tailored
  to your own needs.
