Stretching and Loosening Up
  The  warm-up  program  should  include  some  stretching
  exercises.  It’s  best  to  brie y  stretch  all  muscle  groups,
  with  more  intensity  on  your  weak  points.  Make  sure  that
  you can get into a position carefully, and don’t hold it for
  more  than  ten  seconds.  After  that,  you  can  loosen  your
  joints and swing your arms and legs.
