Congratulating Faith Earley for Educational Achievement

Faith Earley

Ms. Faith Earley is a dynamic professional and recent graduate Cornell University’s School of Hotel
Administration (SHA). In December 2020, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business/Hospitality
Administration. She views her degree as practical, rather than simply theoretical and versatile lens into
business across all industries. During her undergraduate career, Faith took up leadership positions all
around campus from taking two core SHA courses to managing marketing operations for Cornell App-Dev.

Faith’s current career interests are in business strategy and marketing, particularly as they pertain to
the hospitality industry. Her work experience consists of opportunities that allowed her to explore build
crucial hard & soft skills that add immediate value to any institution she joins. These experiences range
from pioneering food & retail marketing strategies for Universal Studios Hollywood to working alongside
the CFO of Webb Family Enterprises, formerly one of the largest McDonald’s franchisees in Southern California.

Faith now resides in the greater Washington D.C. area. In July, she will join the CEO Practice at Spencer Stuart,
a premier leadership consulting rm.

Faith is the youngest of two children. Her older brother, Nic, lives in Harlem, New York, while her parents still
reside in her childhood home in Southern California.
