Dempster Cherry founded the firm in 2016, although he has worked in the financial services industry for
several years prior to forming D’Arcy Wealth Management Inc., as an insurance agent, an Investment
advisor and as a registered representa�ve; he no�ced something cri�cal in those early, forma�ve years
that would shape him and his vision for the financial services firm of today.

Specifically, the very wealthy have addressed their needs by establishing private firms to facilitate and
func�on toward an appeal of their unique requirements. Affluent individuals are provided access to
uniquely exo�c, customized solu�ons, specialized exper�se and responsive service for the management
of their investments. Something far different than the ubiquitous wealth management model that exists
for just about everyone else.

He decided to build a centralized, management organiza�on that would provide oversight for client’s
investments needs but to also provide more than just the standard wealth management func�ons found
in many other financial en��es. Believing that there shouldn’t be a monopoly of ideas, products and
services that aren’t also available to the less wealthy; he went about building a firm that delivers excellent
flexibility for the clients it serves to pick among several different service bundles. A concept of ‘Lifestyle
Management’ that allows the clients to receive the diversifica�on and professional management of their
money as well as access to financial ameni�es that had been previously only provided to a specific group
of sophis�cated investors with high net worth. Ul�mately, that firm would provide the in�macy of a
Family Office, the tac�cal and strategic efficiencies of a Hedge Fund and a client-intense service
renaissance that will be essen�al for addressing the pivotal issues of naviga�ng the complex world of
wealth management.
