Overall: with traffic reduction, "My experience in that area is not very extensive." Is currently the
Director of Public Works with the largest county in North Dakota where he oversees a staff
of 86 employees. Overall, he seems like a solid candidate with decent tenure as Director of
Public Works for two different, fairly sizable counties. I have questions remaining around the
cultural differences between his locales and the City of Sacramento.
