                  Key Accomplishments:
                        Convinced management to do all of hydrological and hydraulics modeling and storm sewer
                         sizing and design in-house. Trained other people to help with this effort. Roughly 30% of
                         all business was being sublet. This change increased company’s revenue by roughly 30%.
                        Earned managements trust to let me served directly two of the company’s biggest clients.
                        Convinced Developers to change plan of 45,000 square feet development of Nike Storage
                         Development in Minnetrista to 2.5 million square feet of multi-use storage complex using
                         an innovative design, resulted in $275,000 in revenue in design fees.
                        Developed a storm sewer sizing spreadsheet which later with company’s permission
                         adopted by two cities as template for their storm sewer design.

                         water systems and other utilities.

                  Key Accomplishments:

                        Promoted to Project Manager Position in less than six months.

                        Worked as lead designer on biggest project in Simi Valley, The Canyons of Simi Valley.
                         Designed the conceptual layout with consideration to the hillside site. Multimillion cubic
                         yard of dirt was planned to be moved. Designed the drainage system for site of 5,500 acres,
                         which was to host five different villages of mixed-use with high density low end
                         multifamily residences and a commercial village. Complex phasing system was designed
                         and cost estimates were done to make financial sense of the project. Numerous exhibits
                         were prepared to present different aspects of the project to Planning Commission and the
                         City of Simi Valley. Managed team of 8 members to deliver a quality product on time.
                         Project had numerous short deadlines. Actual site was an oil exploration field. Later our
                         client sold the land and conceptual plans to the five different developers in October 2004.
