On March 24, KAC Local Road Engineer Darry Lutz presented at the Dickinson County Township meeting in Abilene. There were approximately 45 township officers representing 17 of 24 Dickinson County townships in attendance. There were 13 Dickinson County representatives and 8 vendors in attendance as well.
