                     at times submitted incomplete information and she has directed me to the additional forms
                     I need to hire appropriate staff without frustration and turning it into a positive teaching
                     moment.  She has also taken the time to stop and introduce herself to me in person at public
                     events.

                      a huge learning curve related to her new role but has adapted
                      well and took on the biggest task of Nurses’ Week events with

         “            Jen (Hawkins) is a dynamo. Although she has been tasked with a heavy workload in the




                      past couple of years, she maintains a high energy, focus and drive that has allowed her

                      her turnaround time is impressive. I was thrilled when Jen received her well-deserved
                      promotion into a lead role and I’m confident she will continue to thrive in this new position.

                               Gwen (Kearly) is one of the most supportive leaders I have come across in my 30
                               years working. She is an exceptional listener, educator and executive leader. Gwen
                               is approachable to all and extremely humble in her approach as an executive
                               when working with others. She is “all in” and provides very sound, strategic
                               advice whether it is as a mentor or leading staffing challenges or financial and
                               strategy discussion and decisions. She is a role model for all things HRO. I learn
                               more from watching Gwen in a 1-hour meeting than I do from others in a full year.
                               Any leader can learn a lot from Gwen on respect, empowering your team, trusting
                               others and assuming good intent. It goes without saying Gwen is a legend, but
                               it is how she carries herself and her passion as our Recruitment & Retention
                               Executive leader that makes her truly exceptional and one of the best in our field.
