            8.4  COMPLEMENTARY THERAPY QUOTES

            Qualitative feedback was recorded at every complementary therapy session
            attended. Participants reported benefits that included the following:


                  I don’t think about drugs when I’m here

                  I think these sessions are keeping me calmer and
                  I don’t have as many urges now

                  Knowing I am coming here keeps me motivated
                  to keep going and stay away from coke


                  I find these therapies very helpful to my recovery

                  Coming here as really helped me manage my cravings

                  Coming for therapies plus seeing my MELD worker
                  is a brilliant support

                  I feel calmer and able to think more clearly

                  My anxiety has really calmed down


                  I feel listened to and not judged

                  I feel more hopeful about the future

                  Sleep is much better now

                  I look forward to my session all week

                  It has helped me feel more focused

                  I can deal with my people better and feel calmer
                  and less irritated

                  I practice my breathing techniques when I feel stressed
