                                            Benchmarking: Process of comparing performance and

                                            activities  among  similar  organizations  either  against  an
                                            agreed  standard  or  against  those  that  are  recognized  as

                                            may include standards, critical success factors, indicators,
                                            metrics.

                                            Best Practice: Operational standards considered the most

                                            effective  and  efficient  means  of  achieving  desired
                                            outcomes.

                                            biodiversity: a variety of wildlife in an area

                                            Biological  diversity  (biodiversity):  The  variety  of  life

                                            forms  and genes they  contain, and the  ecosystems they
                                            form.  Biodiversity  is  usually  considered  at  four  levels;
                                            genetic diversity, species diversity, community diversity,
                                            and ecosystem diversity.
