Quick question: If TOMS only made one shoe,

would they have accomplished their mission? The

answer is no. There is another principle of

          dominion.

The next principle is to multiply! Multiply means

to reproduce the fruit. Mycoskie’s company

increased (multiplied) their shoes by using two
          business methods: quantitative and qualitative

          projections. Quantitative projections involve how
many shoes they can sell for a particular design.

Whereas, the qualitative projections include how
many shoes they can sell for each model—like

sneakers, slippers, boots, dress shoes, and sandals.

Now, let me ask you a quick question: If TOMS had

250 shoes in their warehouse, would they have

accomplished their mission? The answer is no,

because there again is another principle to be

          enacted.

The next principle is to replenish! The

term, replenish, means to fill up. In business, you

must have a distribution channel in place. TOMS

will have to find a way to get the shoes into the
