Meetings
Weekly meetings were conducted for all the club members in the pre-Covid era when the University
was functioning as usual. These were held every Tuesday at 5.15pm at the Senate premises in the
University. General meetings were held on the second Tuesday of each month, in a lecture hall in
different faculties of the University. Prior notice about a general meeting was given through a flyer
circulated among all the members and potential members.
When the University was closed due to Covid-19, the same strategy was followed, but the weekly
meetings were reduced to bi-weekly meetings on Zoom at 5.15pm on Tuesdays. One of these
meetings was performed as a General meeting.
Board meetings were held once a month, on a date convenient for a majority of the board members.
This was conducted via Zoom, in the same manner in times of the pandemic.
Summary of Meetings
All the planned projects and activities of the club were announced to the club members and they
were encouraged to contribute in any way that they could. New members were welcome at any
meeting. After the formal announcements, the meeting was terminated for fellowship, which gave all
members a chance to have a relaxed conversation.
