Long Term Strategic Plan
The Club as a brand
Introduction:
RACUOP is the most active and prominent club within the university and is credited by students and
the staff for all the professional development and community-based projects we carry out.
Key Projects: Reach for Water/NextStep 360/Prathibhana
Plan for the year:
Currently, we are mostly recognized only inside the university. We hope to extend this recognition to
a more community-based level in the coming few years. We hope to improve or implement more
projects such that a more diverse community is benefitted.
Steps to be taken:
Increasing the number of members and creating a more diverse and active membership
Becoming the most outstanding institute-based club in the district
Final Goal:
Taking steps to create a more experienced membership
Taking steps to keep the experienced members actively in the club for a long time
Implementing more projects that address the timely issues prevailing in the society and within
students STRATEGIC PLAN AND PROGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT
Paying more attention to the quality and the sustainability of the projects
Attempting to reach a larger and diverse crowd every time
Financial Status
Introduction
The club has no debts. Since we are an institute-based club, we do not charge a membership fee.
Donations and sponsorships are our forms of income.
Plan for the year
Receive more partnerships and sponsorships by companies
Getting involved with companies that have a CSR budget to do projects.
Partnering up with companies with relevant resource persons to carry out the projects free of
charge.
Find partners who will sponsor us annually for our signature projects
Apply for RI Grant for the signature projects

Increasing the transparency of account maintenance and financial activities
