The Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman uses several Social Media tools. Some of the social media tools currently in
use are
1. PA Ombudsmen Connection Google Group which is an online networking tool to be used by trained Pennsylvania Long
Term Care (LTC) Ombudsmen for the purpose of networking and information sharing.
2. Pennsylvania’s Long-Term Care Ombudsman Volunteer Facebook Page
3. PA Virtual LTC Family Council Facebook Page
In order to join the PA Ombudsmen Connection Google Group you must complete a form and agree to a bide by the rules of
the group.

finished viewing, completing, saving the document, click on the small n the upper right-hand corner o close the
