Mata Jai Kaur Public School has been ranked 1 at City level, 1 on State Level and 6 at
All India Level in the category of ‘Social Impact’ on 11 November 2020. The school has,
through it’s multiple initiatives been steadily contributing to this category over the years. It
has consistently nurtured the spirit of compassion and of sharing and caring.
It has been more than two decades that the Community Outreach Programme is being run as
a continuous programme throughout the year where the students contribute their time and
effort wilfully. They have always been inspired to give back to the community by

participating in various initiatives like: The International Award for Young People, Project
Paper Boats, Charity Run-Can Support-Can Run initiative, multiple Donation drives, various
       awareness campaigns.

Our students have always valued the culture of service and have imbibed it be it through
participating in various initiatives or doing simple acts of kindness upholding the ideal of
humanity reflected in our School’s motto – “Shubh Karmon Tey Kabhoon Na Taron”
meaning “May I Never Deviate from A Noble Deed.” The School motto is a prayer that
resides in the heart of each student as a living ideal and a valuable legacy.
