SENIOR CITIZENS-THE BACKBONE OF A SOCIETY

The assembly on World Senior Citizen’s Day aimed to recognize and acknowledge the contributions
of older people in our society. Some students tried their hands on writing a tribute to their
grandparents and presented the same in the class. Following the theme, the students were asked to do
a deed of kindness for their grandparents by making them feel special on this day.
