Considering labor market needs, survey results show a good level of satisfaction among employers
about the MENG program graduates proficiency. The value of related KPI is found to be (3.94) in
academic year 2022-2023 and (4.6) in academic year 2021-2022. Small number of survey
participant is the suggested reason for this relatively low value compared with previous year
(Annex S2-1-2-4 KPI Report page No.25-26).
2-1-3 The program identifies the learning outcomes for the different tracks (if any).
Not Applicable
2-1-4 The program applies appropriate mechanisms and tools for measuring the learning
outcomes, and verifying their achievement according to specific performance levels and
assessment plans. *
To measure program learning outcomes, the program uses two methods, which are direct and
indict methods according to the periodic assessment plan (Annex S2-1-4-1 PLOs Mapping Matrix
and Assessment Plan 2020). The direct assessment is performed according to the direct
assessment methods that mentioned in each learning domain such as exam, short quizzes and
rubrics, while the indirect assessment is estimated from student surveys by measure the
satisfaction percentage for each Course Linked with a required learning outcome and averaging
the final percentage.
Table S2.1.4.1 shows plan of PLOs assessment during program period (Cycle based). It is clear that,
in 2020/2021 only both PLOs K2 and S1 are measured by direct assessment and performed by
university quality platform (Coming soon in new domain). The target performance for PLOs K2 and
S1 is proposed to be 65%. On other hand, no indirect assessment is measured. In academic year
2021/2022 till academic year 2022/2023, all PLOs are measured by University quality Platform.
Direct Assessment of Program Learning Outcomes
Table S2.1.4.2 shows the PLOs direct assessments for achieving the PLOs for the academic year
1443-1444 (Annex S2-1-4-2 Report of PLOs 2022/2023–page 6) and (Annex S2-1-4-3 Annual
Program Report 2022-2023).
