        Introduction:
        Distributive shock:
It is characterized by peripheral vasodilatation; it is the most frequent form of shock.
        Types of distributive shock:
            1) Anaphylactic shock: It's a shock which is most often caused by an allergy to food, insect bites, or
               certain medications.
                      Specific Manifestation:
                        • Swelling of the mouth
                        • Tight feeling in the throat and difficulty breathing
                        • Hives.
                        • Vomiting.
                        • Dizziness.
                        • Fainting.
                        • Rapid heartbeat.
                     Treatment:
Treatment contains fluids, steroids, and antihistamines (drugs used to treat allergic reactions). 1
            2) Neurogenic shock: Neurogenic shock is a life-threatening condition caused by irregular blood
circulation in the body. Trauma or injury to the spine can cause this disruption.
                      Neurogenic shock causes:
                        • Injury or trauma to the spinal cord.
                        • car accidents that cause central nervous system damage or spinal cord injury.
                        • sport injuries causing trauma to the spine.
                        • gunshot wounds to the spine.
                        • improper administration of anesthesia to the spinal cord.
