Identify students learning styles and environmental preferences
In a classroom, all pupils learn through different teaching styles. Those learning styles can be
measured through using learning inventories. Teachers can also gather information about student
learning styles by asking students how they earn best, how they like this or that and by observing
activities. When it comes to identifying environmental preferences, it includes determining
whether students/ pupils work best in large or small groups and what environmental factors
might contribute to or inhibit student learning. Let us take this for example, a student might need
to be free from distraction or have extra lighting while he or she is working.
