Ceregral

It is General Storage Company operating since 1980. The company
is authorized by the Central Bank to Issue Deposit Certificates and
Warrants; it operates under an exclusive Government Law N0. 215/
70 and is supervised by the Superintendence of Banks. Ceregral
owns two facilities located in the City of Fernando de la Mora as
well as in the City of Villeta respectively. It is the only Open Capital
Issuer, the first to be authorized by the National Customs
Directorate to operate as the Primary Customs Deposit Area of
Public Use with Private Administration, Warrant Issuer as a
customs guarantee and the only responsible for the storage and
custody of goods seized by smuggling. In addition, Ceregral S. A. E.
C. A., is authorized by the National Customs Directorate as
Customs Administration which allows the dispatchers to carry out
the whole process of customs clearance, without having to reach
to other customs and in the same place of storage of the goods.
Through commercial agreements, with the National Administration
of Navigation and Ports, they are able to quote competitive
quotation PORT FEES at their terminal in the city of Villeta.
Ceregral also operates a cold storage facility.

Gical

Gical is an incorporated company operating as a "General
Warehouses of Deposit". It was founded in 1966 with main activity
is to provide operations related to the marketing and credit of
general warehousing. It has terminals for loading, unloading and
storage. Gical can also issue Warrants. This company mainly
services the grain industry. However, it also services some
general goods and agricultural chemicals. It has grain silos and
fuel tanks.
