P&H Casters believes that quality is a
dynamic principle and not a static
achievement. Our goal is to create
more value in our customer’s
perception of our company by
demonstrating our commitment to
continuous improvement.

Our constantly evolving quality system
ensures that the appropriate controls
are in place at all times.

We believe in confirming our product
quality and integrity with the use of
systematic control processes such as
SPC (Statistical Process Control) and
by being equipped to perform the kinds
of testing that comply with all of the
latest industry standards for casters
including ICM (Institute of Caster Manufacturers).

Manufacturing

At P&H Casters, we constantly strive to set the standards in caster manufacturing
processes in both our U.S. and China manufacturing operations. Our in-house
manufacturing capabilities includes cold heading, steel stamping, die casting, and
assembly to manufacture a quality product from top to bottom – and we don’t stop there:
we inspect our own work as rigorously as we would inspect products from a third party.
