negative customer feedback. Feedback information is then checked to see if issues
are the result of non-compliance with the quality assurance plan.

Internally, if personnel responsible for a task notices that a process is not in
accordance with the applicable procedures, they are required to issue a non-
compliance report. The non-compliance reports are the tool used to track quality
issues back to their origin.


6) Corrective Action


P&H believes that a
good corrective action
plan is the key to
solving quality
problems by
specifying how to deal
with them. Our quality
assurance plan
specifies the person
responsible for quality
assurance must verify
how the non-
compliance originated
when he receives a
non-compliance
report or creates one
himself.

As the quality
assurance plan
documents
responsibility for all
tasks and actions, it is
possible to identify the exact cause of the non-compliance. This process is part of
our troubleshooting study of all quality control issues.
