• Travel (travel authorizations and travel expense reports)
                   • Project Docs (PMP, Project Charter, etc.)

All program and project documents should be saved within this shared folder. No program documents
should be saved on employee desktops. Additionally, folders should be kept organized in an intuitive
manner and naming conventions should be followed. This makes team member collaboration more
efficient so that all team members should be able to find any document they need without having to
ask others to send it to them. Additionally, when team members leave, all their work can be easily
               picked up by someone new.

All project email communication by Vysnova staff should be done through their @Vysnova.com email
address and include a Vysnova standard email signature block (See sample in Vysnova Standard Docs
               > PgM Templates & Forms > PgM Processes). The PM should request a program or project distribution
               list via itrequests@vysnova.com named [name of project]@vysnova.com (e.g. Saber@vysnova.com)
to which all deliverables, invoices, and other important project correspondence should be sent. This
reduces the risk of project documents being lost when employees change position or leave the
               company.
               Required Communications Products

All communications products are subject to the cognizant approval limitations (e.g., PAO clearance,
contract press release restrictions, etc.) prior to publication.

meeting of the month. Information for the Success Story template shall include data from the
preceding month. Once reviewed with COO, the PM shall issue the final Success Story Template to the
Vysnova Marketing and Communications liaison for publication to the Vysnova website and social
media platforms. The Success Story Template is located in the PMg Standard Docs and Forms under
               Communications.

and presented for collaborative review with the COO during the second to last programmatic meeting
of each 6-month contract period. Information in the Case Study template shall be cumulative,
summarizing case study information each week. Once reviewed with COO, the PM shall issue the final
Case Study templates to the Vysnova Marketing and Communications liaison for publication to the
Vysnova website and social media platforms. The Case Study template is located in the PMg Standard
               Docs and Forms under Communications.
               Press Release Requirement
